"Cixing" brand GE82 computerized seamless knitting underwear machine is a seamless underwear weaving equipment developed by our company to meet the market demand and follow GE88/90 type.

In the weaving functional aspect, the GE82 machine has a certain breakthrough in knitting small flower patterns (such as: small waist), making the jacquard organization more clear and the fabrics diversified. The operating habits conform to the usage habits of users of seamless knit underwear machines in the industry. The pattern program is compatible with Graph6 and is convenient for new and old users.

Yarn storage

Test the status of yarn and automatic participate all the infrared-ray sensor to encore automatically, which have resist the interference function and can adjust the sensitivity, also suitability for any environment.

 

It adopts 16-segment piezoelectric ceramic actuator and has three-position needle selection function. The structure is simple and reliable, low energy consumption, less heat generation and fast response.

 

The yarn can be fed at a constant tension without twisting the yarn. The yarn storage automatically detects and stops the alarm when the yarn feeder is broken at the front end parts.
